I was born in 1966 and I live in Denmark. I have been a birdwatcher for most of my life. Since the teenager-years I have been carrying a SLR camera along on my bird-trips. Most of the photos from the first many years, functions primarily as a reminder from nice birding-trips.  In 2004 I switched to digital.

My education is a MBA degree in Economics and Finance. I have recently left investment banking and is now teaching Economics in a Business School.

My motives are limited to birds, and the few larger animals I meet on my way. All birds fascinate me, but I love the owls and hawks in particular. I see birdphotography as a way of documenting the birds life, more than an art-form. Therefore I strive with my photos, to show the birds behaviour and in particular I pursue action-photos.
